Hey heyyy everyone!
So, ICYMI (like I would likely do about 85% of the time), my name is Michael. I am a Libra, I like long walks on the beach...oh, sorry...wrong site. Disregard the Libra part. But I do like any walks--long or short--on the beach. Unfortunately, there are only lakes here in Vermont. And, having grown up in Los Angeles, California, I am sorry, but the shoreline of a lake or river, or pond is NOT a beach!
I am a gamer (again, ICYMI) from wayyy back when they had Atari, and ColecoVision (and IntelliVision, but I hated their controllers: they were just disks about the size of a US half-dollar for directional control). Then Nintendo came out and the world was forever changed. At least, MY world was. Anyway, I am a Zelda fuh-reak, esp N64's OOT and GameCube's WindWaker. I actually got a GC version of Twilight Princess, and that is where I stopped. Well, with LOZ games, anyway.
I love 1stPerShooters like Half-Life, Counter-Strike, Doom was okay, and the original, first Unreal game. On a PC that can handle full tweaks, cranked up, with a high-end Graphics Card with at least 512MB, it is soo fun playing it at over 60 fps with no stutter!
But my ALL TIME favorite PC game is, hands down, NeverWinter Nights (Diamond Edition--I still have not gotten my hands on a copy of Enhanced Edition). If you ever played any of the BioWare Games like Baldur's Gate I or II and all its add-ons, or IceWindDale (where you stand a high chance of encountering Drizzt the Drow Ranger (from the Forgotten Realms series of Books by R.A. Salvatore--if you like that sort of thing or even have read anything by Ed Greenwood who is famous for creating Elminster the Mage, then you will love the Drizzt Do'Urrden [I may have spelled the last name wrong, but it will be close enough if you happen to Google or Duck-Duck it] Series. I highly recommend, if you like any D&D type or CYOA books! Remember those Choose-Your-Own-Adventure Books? Actually, the original reason I signed up for itch was because of the awesome game/creator to make your own CYOA, called CYOA Factory. I started it as an app, but then found it was even more in-depth on PC so here I am!
